To avoid refusal on arrival, please bring with you the vaccination cert(s) stamped by a qualified Veterinary Surgeon.

Vaccinations must be kept up to date on an annual basis.  Should the vaccination fall due close to the first boarding date, a 14 day clearance is required from the day of completion to the first boarding date.

No cat will be admitted showing any symptoms of illness, including runny nose, watery eyes, sneezing, dirty ears, unexplained bald patches (for fear of ringworm) - any loss of hair or bald patch requires a letter from your Veterinary Surgeon in advance of boarding.

Cats must be treated in advance for fleas and worms before boarding.

Sorry, but we cannot accept un-neutered male cats over 6 months of age

While cats boarding with us receive every care and attention, they are boarded entirely at the owner's risk.

Should a cat fall ill while boarding, the proprietor reserves the right to call a Veterinary Surgeon and act on their advice.  Any expenses incurred must be met by the owner of the cat.We are only able to administer medicine that can be added to your cat's food.  We must be informed in advance of any health issues and, under certain circumstances, may require a veterinary letter.

All reasonable steps will be taken to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your cat during its stay, but no responsibility or liability of any kind shall be held to attach to the proprietor or to the owners or occupiers of these premises for any accident or misadventure that may befall a cat or its owner.

We are open 7 days a week - mornings 11am to 12 noon and evenings 6.30 to 7.30 pm.

We are closed for admissions and collections on the 24th, 25th, 26th and 27th December each year.

We would ask you to please keep to the above times for delivery and collection so as not to interfere with the cleaning routine of the cattery and the feeding times for felines and humans alike.
